Norberto Alarcón has an extensive career as an athlete and specialist teacher in Physical Education.
He is a Professor of Physical Education, Bachelor of Physical Education and Sports, and Master in High-Performance Sports. He is also a Volleyball and Swimming Technician (Olympic Solidarity), and an International Physical Trainer.
