
London, 15 July 2023.- We are proud to officially announce that the London South Bank University (LSBU) and FuturED have signed a strategic partnership agreement. Both organisations share common goals and objectives about creating innovative solutions linking higher education, innovation, entrepreneurship, and sustainability.
Founded in 1892, the London South Bank University is a British public university, located near the South Bank of the River Thames, from which it takes its name. The university has 16,840 students and 1,700 employees. In November 2016, the university was named the ‘Entrepreneurial University of the Year’ at the Times Higher Education Awards.
Meanwhile, FuturED is an international educative organisation born in Monaco and developed in the United Kingdom. The organisation has an online platform, available in Spanish and English, founded to contribute to the achievement of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. In less than two years, FuturED has produced more than 150 new courses and masterclasses and supported more than 50 universities, organisations, companies, and governments in 20 countries.
In May 2022, FuturED was selected by Google among 500 companies with influence in LATAM and the UK as a success story, and it was presented at the Royal Institution in an event organised in partnership with Canning House and the Global Entrepreneur Programme of the Department of Trade (DIT) of the United Kingdom.
