NUTRITIONIST
Caren Früh holds a degree in Nutrition and has extensive experience in university teaching, technical consultancy for food companies, and as a speaker at national and international events. She coordinates the Diploma in Neuro-Nutrition at the Catholic University of Santa Fe and works in the Project Department of the Legislative Palace. In addition, she serves as a Constitutional Convention Member in the reform of the Provincial Constitution.
She has advanced training in psychoneuroimmunoendocrinology, nutrigenomics, gut microbiota, and orthomolecular medicine. She has also undertaken voluntary work in nutrition at orphanages in India.
