Caserta Foundation is a non-profit organization with 19 years of experience, a pioneer in developing a comprehensive education for Chile, training agents of change for a society challenged to move to sustainability. Caserta works at the service of the virtuous triangle (State – Civil Society – Private Sector), from a perspective of community and collaborative development.
Since 2003, the foundation has created its own programmes in the areas of Integral Education, Sustainable Leadership and Mediation and Extension. Promoting skills for the future, with emphasis on participation, coexistence, teamwork, effective communication, problem-solving, valuing diversity and development of critical and creative thinking, within the framework of caring for people, valuing life and the environment.
In these almost two decades, its programmes have had a positive impact on more than 22,000 students, 6,000 teachers and management teams in various school communities in Chile and Latin America.
