SOCIO-ENVIRONMENTAL PROBLEMATIC AND SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT

The human population is growing more and more. Meanwhile, natural resources are less and less in quantity and quality. The problem is that we consume and extract at accelerated rates, which prevents nature from regenerating. This strongly affects their ecosystems and brought the world to a tipping point. In this course we will analyse the main current socio-environmental problems, to reverse the impact that we have generated in the environment during the last centuries through individual and collective actions that aim towards a more sustainable development.
